User Support Projects

These user support materials help audiences complete tasks and solve problems through clear, accessible documentation. My work includes reference materials, help documents, and quick-start guides that reduce frustration.

iFixit Fast Fix Project

I published a user-friendly instructional guide in collaboration with iFixit, a global repair community that provides free repair guides for electronics, appliances, and gadgets.

I used plain language, consistent formatting, and high-quality photographs to make each step clear and accessible for non-experts to safely complete the repair themselves.

The final guide provides repair instructions for a 2008-2013 Nissan Altima.

Residence Life Decision Tree

This decision tree was designed to help Resident Assistant’s navigate high-stress interactions with law enforcement in the residence halls.

The guide includes a step-by-step framework for responding to different situations, such as identifying the purpose for the officer’s visit and determining when to release confidential resident information.

By organizing complex procedures into a simple visual format, RAs are able to make informed decisions quickly while maintaining compliance and resident safety.

Brotato Quick-Start Guide

Brotato is a top-down survival roguelike where you combine weapons, items, and stats to survive increasingly difficult waves.

This guide simplifies complex gameplay into an accessible, beginner-friendly resource. Designed for my own “Brociety” community of players, the guide helps users understand wave progression, identify preferred playstyles, and build confidence during their first successful run.
