Employment Outlook Report
This report helps academic advisors and undergraduate program directors within the College of Education better understand career pathways in Higher Education Administration.
We synthesized quantitative data from the Occupational Outlook Handbook (OOH), O*NET, and job postings, as well as qualitative data from informational interviews. We also examined employment trends, emerging challenges, and workforce expectations.
The final report gives stakeholders actionable insights to better prepare students for careers in the higher education profession.
Content Assessment Report
This report was developed to help stakeholders better manage their merged content ecosystem. We attended client interviews, conducted a content inventory and audit, and developed an evaluation framework to evaluate the effectiveness, quality, and usability of an existing content system.
By applying TECM principles such as content strategy, audience analysis, and usability, we identified both content gaps and opportunities for improvement.
The final report synthesized quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable strategies and tactics designed to improve content governance, user experience, and overall content effectiveness.
